The Vision

Arts and Athletics Club is looking to lease out a space in the Coatesville/Downingtown/Thorndale/Parksburg area to bring the community a black box theater!

​

Our goal is to have a small black box theater with 100 seats equipped with lighting, sound, and a backstage area. 

​

Arts and Athletics Club has performed original theater productions for over 10 year is the Coatesville Area. They have previously performed at the Coatesville Cultural Society up until their closing in 2017. Our vision is promote creativity in the area by putting on original productions and events in the area. We also encourage others to express their creativity through our programs and workshops. 

We Need Your Help!

We are launching a campaign to help offset the costs of our project.

We are collecting donations for:

  • Lease Space

  • Stage Lights

  • Risers

  • Sound Equipment

  • Stage Flooring

What will happen at the theater?

  • A full season of Tohoshi Productions (Summer Musical, Winter One Acts, Thank You Performance, TohoshiM Performance, Youth Performance, Adult Performance) 

  • The Annual Poetry Attack

  • Crazy Singing Challenge (Online Singing Reality Competition) 

  • Youth Playwriting Workshop and performance

  • An open creative space

  • Availability for community events
